Teppanyaki on the second floor. Lunch course 7000 yen. The amuse is a bit of mustard greens with a bit of mullet on top. It's more of an appetizer than an appetizer. Extra large scallops from Hokkaido! The combination of the rich parsley butter and the acidity of the fermented fresh cream sauce is exquisite. Steak is medium rare. It was perfectly grilled and delicious. Garlic rice is +900 yen. I didn't ask for white rice because it was enough. The only thing is that beer is 1,700 yen by the glass, and wine is 2,300 yen or 3,000 yen by the glass, which is the hotel price.
