横浜でランチの後に渋谷へ移動。
ヒカリエでイベント観覧の後に夕食を。
特に予約を取っていなかったので、向かいのスクランブルスクエアへと向かう。
レストランフロアを見回すと19時という時間もありどこも行列ができており、入れそうな店を物色したところ、鉄板焼きが空いていそうなので飛び込んでみる。
さすがに窓際の席は空いていなかったが無事にテーブル席へと通される。
入り口には伊勢海老の水槽。
店内は照明が落とされておりシックな雰囲気をベースとしつつ、和モダンで艶やかな佇まい。
インバウンド客に好まれそうな造りとなっている。
鉄板焼きという事もありアラカルトではなくコースで注文。
鉄板焼きで肉のみのコースにすると脂が重くなるので、伊勢海老か鮑で迷いつつ鮑をチョイス。
前菜 Appetizer
アボガドと蟹のサラダ。ソースは蟹味噌ベースでこれがアボガドと良く合っている。。
最初はハイボールを注文したが、２杯目からはハウスワインを頂きつつ箸を進める。
焼うに SeaUrchin
海苔で巻いて山葵で頂く雲丹の手巻き寿司。
海苔の風味が良かったが、早く食べないとしなってしまうので注意。
本日のおすすめ Today'sRecommendation
牡蠣の鉄板焼き。
付け合わせのもやしも良いアクセントになっている。
普段は牡蠣は生派なのだけれど、たまには火入れも悪くない。
あわびの鉄板焼 GrilledAbalone
小ぶりではあるものの、バターのしつこさもなく安心して頂ける。
名物の一品 Today'sSpeciality
茄子とトマトのチーズクレープ。
これは意外と好きな一品。
アラカルトでも用意されているメニュー。
厳選黒毛和牛サーロインステーキ SirloinSteak
さっぱりと口直しした後にサーロイン。
想像通り重めではあるが小振りなので程よいポーション。
とはいえ、赤身肉と選べたらよいのになと思ってしまう。
〆の一品 Today’sRice
鰹と昆布の一番だし Soup
おこげもあるガーリックライスに途中から出汁を掛けてお茶漬け風に。
デザート Dessert
鉄板焼きにしてはリーズナブルではあるが、満足度は意外と高かった。
渋谷という場所に対する料理の期待値が元々高くないという理由があるやも。
