ちょうどちょっとひんやりしていた雨の日
こちらのお店に訪問してきました。
お店に入るといつもご利用して頂きありがとうございます！
と言われたから何かに履歴とか残ってるのかな？？
先日オットも瓢喜 銀座三丁目店さんを接待で利用させて頂いたり
私自身も瓢喜 赤坂店に訪問したことがあるお店の
渋谷店になります。
青竹酒 澤屋まつもと 純米
日本酒から始まる宴。
ビールは好まないしいきなり日本酒いけちゃうタイプ。
青竹が冷凍されているので最後まで美味しくスルスル頂けちゃいます。
蒸発？？ていう勢いでなくなった笑
自慢の出汁でいただく桜胡麻豆腐と旬の筍。
春ですね～品の良いお味。
ほっこりするわぁー。
初かつおの香味ぽん酢がけ。
韮とエシャレットの薬味を添えて
あっさりとしたかつおがサッパリ美味しい。
かつおと香味野菜って合うね～。
とろり湯葉玉地蒸し。ふかひれ餡をかけて
あつあつでぷるぷる～癒しの味。
芳醇な蟹爪に柚子香る土佐酢をかけて。
お高級な蟹足様をパクリ。
青竹酒 黒龍 逸品 福井
青竹酒になっているとテンションがあがるので2つ目も青竹チョイス。
こちらもまた美味しかったけど個人的に澤屋まつもとの方がお好みだった。
ということで写真にはありませんが
結局もう1回澤屋まつもとさんの青竹酒を注文。
全部で3合？？飲んでいい感じにできあがりました。
温かいお出汁がやってきて
京野菜。
彩豊かでやってくるとわくわくする～！！
大好きな長葱もたっぷり。
柚子胡椒。
これがまた美味しいんだ。
三右衛門豚。
おピンク色がかわいい豚ちゃん。
大好きな餅麩や葛切りに加えて
京都産赤こんにゃくは鉄分摂取もできるらしくきれいだわ。
豚肉は割とさっぱり目で脂もくどくない！！
お出汁との相性も抜群。
薬味達をどっさり入れるとまた美味でございます～！
生蕎麦。
細麺のお蕎麦がまたちゅるっと体に入ってくる。
2杯目は渋谷店限定というカレー粉を添えて頂いたら
あれま～ビックリ美味しい。
最終的にこのカレー風味のお蕎麦のお出汁と日本酒を楽しみ
お出汁も最後の日本酒も飲み切りました。
自家製水羊羹 苺をのせて。
大好物の水羊羹～！！
最後までほっこり安定の美味しさでした。
全体的に大人なレストラン街でこちらのお店も年齢層高めだったから
アラフォーな私達にとっても渋谷が居心地よくなっているのは嬉しい限り。
そんな落ち着いた雰囲気の中で久しぶりの出汁しゃぶ×日本酒ディナーでした☆
