端午の節句のお祝いにおすすめの縁起の良い食材を使用したコースでございます。 出世魚である鰤は成長段階によって呼び名が変化する『出世魚』です。男の子の成長を願う食材としてぴったりです。 焼物でご用意しております、香りをたのしむ柏の葉は、新芽が出るまで前の葉が落ちることがなく、男の子の成長と子孫繁栄の縁起物として、使用しております。 また、お造りでご用意しております、初カツオは漢字で「勝男」と書き、男の子が強く元気に育つようにと願いを込めて、旬の「勝男」をご堪能くださいませ。 ※期間4月27日～5月6日まで承ります。
