お友達と渋谷でお夕食♪
東急プラザ渋谷7階、駅からは渋谷フクラスの案内を頼りに進むと駅からつながっていて雨の日も傘なくてもつけます。
お席はテーブル席と、和室の個室があるようです。壁ではなく外側は前面ガラス張りなので広々感じられました。渋谷駅前のキラキラな感じが感じられます。
デートや会食、家族、友人とも行きやすく、いろんな場面で使いやすそうな雰囲気でした。
和食ということで日本酒で乾杯
日本酒は迷うくらいいろいろあり、おすすめを伺いばくれんをいただきました。
スタッフの方が定期的に回っているのでお猪口が空いていると日本酒を注いでくれるサービスのよさ。

自家製水羊羹 苺をのせて
桜や筍と春らしい一品からはじまり、季節感を感じられて和食っていいなと感じました。
初カツオは魚の臭みが全くなく、肉厚で美味しかったです。魚の〆方とか調理法がいいんでしょうね。
メインのお鍋はスタッフの方がお野菜を入れてくれます。京都のお店とのことで、九条ネギや生麩などが具材として使われているそうです。
お鍋のタレは2種類用意されていて、
豚肉におすすめされたのはお出汁
牛肉におすすめされたのは自家製ぽん酢
お出汁の味変にはもみじおろし、ぽん酢の味変には柚子胡椒が用意されていました。
テーブルに初めからセットされていたたっぷりの刻みねぎ。
こんなにネギ食べないと思ったのですが、これを出汁の方にたっぷり入れてお鍋を食べると美味しい！山のようにあったネギもあっという間に食べ終わりました。
出汁で食べるお鍋は絶品！さっぱりとしてるので暖かい時期でも食べたくなるお鍋でした。IHなので暑くならないのも良かったです。
〆のお蕎麦もお出汁だけで充分美味しくってそのまま一杯いただき、
味変にと用意されていたカレー粉入れてもう一杯いただいたところ、これもまた美味しい。
