渋谷にあるそうで訪問しました。
一番出汁でさらにもう一度出汁を取り、
秘伝の返しを加え作るお出汁は
「この味を食べたい！」と各界の著名人も訪れるそうで、
普段はごましゃぶ派の私も
ごましゃぶがなくても大満足と感じるほど、
お野菜やしゃぶしゃぶを美味しくいただきました✨
厳選された極上の豚肉はとろける美味しさです！
選りすぐりの国産銘柄豚で
『茨城県産 三右衛門豚』をいただきました。
豚肉の旨味を逃さないよう冷凍せず、
わずか1㎜にスライスしてくださるので、
ふわふわとしたとろけるような食感。極上の旨味を楽しめました＾＾
そして注目は、主役級の脇役のネギです！
「薄く刻まれたねぎをお出汁にたっぷり入れて、
豚肉とからめお召し上がりください。」とおっしゃっていただき
なんとこのネギは、何度おかわりをしてもいいのだとか✨
あまりの美味しさとネギの柔らかさに、
二度もおかわりをいただいてしまいました・・！

フランス・パリの3つ星レストランに
唯一の日本酒として採用されたことでも
有名なお酒の「醸し人九平次」を。
海の素材と相性が良く
ワイングラスでいただく一杯は、ほどよく甘みがあり、
カツオと一緒に美味しくいただきました＾＾
青竹酒でいただく黒龍 逸品（福井）は
清楚な香りが漂いながらも、
口当たりは軽くサッパリしていて
お肉と美味しくいただきました。
店内は団体客様のご予約があり
たまに個室から笑い声が聞こえましたが、
近くのお席の方が気にならず
全体的に落ち着いた雰囲気で楽しめます＾＾
