Using blind tasting and AI (artificial intelligence) technology, customers' tastes are judged into 12 types using onomatopoeias such as "surusuru" (smooth sound) and "kyun kyun" (cute sound). The classification of taste types using onomatopoeias is supervised by a sake sommelier, so once you know your type, you can easily choose your favorite product from a wide variety of sakes.
