9500キロばかりの距離をブーンと飛んで来た人と、久しぶりの再会。
日本ならではのカジュアルな和食系ランチが良いというので、外国ではめったに食べられなさそうなお好み焼き屋さんを予約してみました。
スクランブルスクエアと違って、東急プラザは比較的予約の取りやすい穴場です。
しかも、食べログからネット予約できて便利。
追加する前提で、一番軽めのランチ1800円のコースを予約しました。
きれいなお店です。
追加の飲み物は辛口ジンジャーエール(350円)。
けっこう盛りの良いグリーンサラダが最初に出てきました。
続いて、熱々の焼き胡麻豆腐。
とろりとして、ワサビがよく合います。
焼きトマトチーズはちょっとピザを思わせます。
カリカリとした端っこの焦げめが香ばしい。
トンペイ焼きは中が半熟の卵でとても美味しいです。
こくのあるソースが特に良いです。
減塩の必要な人には向きませんが。
お好み焼きはケーキのように美しい模様で登場。
ふっくら厚みがあります。
こってり系ソースとマヨネーズで、かなりヘビーな食べ応え。
このソースがたっぷりで濃い味ですから、追加でビールが欲しくなるところを我慢。
ふー！
お腹いっぱい。
