生産者のこだわりと顔が見える食材を活かした
上質で繊細な美しいイタリアン

こんなたいへんな時期ですが、
腕利きシェフと、
気合の入ったお洒落なハコでオープンしたThe ROSE
渋谷駅徒歩圏内（代官山にも近い）にできた
久々の本格イタリアンということで
一人でふらっと訪問したみたところ
料理のあまりのクオリティの高さにびっくり♪
宮田シェフの作るお料理は
日本の食材を活かしつつも
一流の技法で繊細に手掛けられた美しいイタリアン
私の大好きなスタイル♪
どれも美味しいお皿ばかりで
旨味がたっぷり引き出されたヒラメや
逆にぎゅっと旨味がつまった鴨のパイ包み
各種ソース使いもすばらしい
そして、一番美味しかったのは
蟹と大葉のパスタ
蟹の甘さと大葉のほどよい苦みのコントラスト
そして私好みの良い感じのこしが嬉しいキッタラ
うーん、他のパスタも食べたい
イタリアンではしばしばシンプルになりがちな
ドルチェも、きちん作られていて嬉しすぎる☆
このコースが6000円でいただけるとは♪
シェフや、若手イケメンサービスマンさんと
楽しくお話しながらのあっという間のディナーでした
オープンしたばかりのレストランですが、
敢えてひとつだけ言うと、
ライティングにひと工夫していただくと嬉しいな
カウンターの手許の灯りが暗くて、
カウンターの周囲が明るい現状ですが、
反対に、周囲を暗くして、手許をスポットで明るくするのが
料理のSNS映えにも今どきでしょうか？
それにしても、この厳しい時期に
Newオープンした素敵なお料理のレストラン
渋谷にできた貴重な美味しい本格イタリアン
