The essential local chicken is sourced from Miyakonojo City, Miyazaki Prefecture. “Charcoal-grilled local chicken thighs” that are piping hot on the iron plate are our signature menu! This is a masterpiece where you can enjoy the meat juice and sweetness that spreads in your mouth. We also recommend the soul food "Chicken Nanban" ◎The tender breast meat is fried and served with homemade tartare made with honey as a secret ingredient. In addition, we also have ``assorted chicken sashimi'' and ``hiyashiru'' which you can enjoy as a refreshing drink. as you like!
