A cozy Izakaya (Japanese-style bar) that specializes in local chicken dishes, run by an owner from Miyakonojo, Miyazaki Prefecture. The interior of the restaurant is made with Miyakonojo wood, and the open night view from the windows on the third floor will make for an unforgettable day with friends. |
A hidden shop located at the top of a narrow staircase in a multi-tenant building. I ordered assorted free-range chicken sashimi, charcoal-grilled free-range chicken thighs, ham cutlet, potato salad, fried eggplant, Miyazaki gobo kinpira, and mozuku vinegar. The free range chicken sashimi platter has a wide variety of parts, all of which are fresh and delicious. The charcoal-grilled thighs are also delicious, with the bitterness of the charcoal and the yuzu pepper, and a nice crunch. The ham cutlet is also thick and good. All the dishes were delicious and the staff were friendly and nice.
