コロコロと営業形態を変える店ではありますが・・
今回は、すしざんまいの真ん前にもかかわらずコンナ店になりました。
すしばる渋谷港
常日頃から豊かな人生をすごしたいと考えているんですが、
豊かな人生に必要なものも常日頃考えています。
その中で個人的にはやはり、豊かな体験・経験、そして豊かな知識というのは必要不可欠なものの中でも大きいなぁと思っています。
海鮮バラちらし 600円 + ご飯大盛り 50円
今回もたくさんの知識を吸収することができました。
・茶碗蒸しは三つ葉を入れてから蒸してはいけない
・ポテサラは具がなくてもメチャメチャ冷やせばイケル
・あら汁は木の器によそってはいけない
そして・・・
・どんな刺身でもバラちらしにすれば何とかなる。
