店に入ると席の案内などなく、説明もないので
少し戸惑いました。
掲示されてた案内を頼りに
ボウルとトングをとって具材を選びました。
1g3円と重さで決まるので葉物を中心に、
ただ気になったのでエビ団子や干豆腐なども加えました。
レジに行きボウルを渡し、牛肉（200円）とニンニク生姜（無料）のトッピング、スープの辛さを大辛でオーダー。
具が多かったのか1700円。
少し高く感じました。
出来上がったスープは美味しかったのですが
具がトングで取ったまま、刃物はベロンと
切られずに入っていたのでかなり食べづらかったです。
スープはじんわり辛く、ただ胡麻味噌でだいぶまろやかになりました。
トッピングした牛肉はかなり小間切れで
これならなくてもいいかな、といった感じです。
味が美味しいだけにもうすこし
わかりやすく、食べやすかったらよかったです。
