渋谷で注目のビストロとなり、一気に予約が取りにくくなったこちらに、元上司の送別会とあって久々に行きたいなとダメ元で電話を掛けたらあっさり取れて拍子抜け。
ただ、理由がわかりました。以前は無かった、ワインを飲めないお客はお断り、というルール。今回は元上司もワイン好きだし全然良いんですが、行ってみて現状を実感しました。
平日の夜ではあったんですが、なんと我々以外お客はゼロ。貸切状態である意味良かった。
コースとかは無くて完全アラカルトで注文。
根セロリのババロワとか、仔羊のクスクスとか5品ほど頼んだけれど、もう3人揃ってお腹がパンパンでした。さすが創意工夫が行き届いた料理で、実に美味しいのは変わらず。
ワインはかなり高額ラインなので、その中でもそこそこの値段でイケるのを料理に合わせてもらいました。
ワインルールが無かった時、満席御礼の日が続きすぎててあまりにも対照的な訪問でした。
