前菜は根セロリのムース、エスカルゴ、鯖のエスカベッシュ、そしてホワイトアスパラをシェアをしていただきましたが、それぞれワインが進み、この段階で白を2本。ホワイトアスパラとロワールの白は抜群に相性がよく、まさに飲み過ぎパターンの王道でした。メインの美味しさは言うまでもないのですが、相当酔っ払ってしまい、典型的な昇天コースで幸せいっぱいの夜になりました。ごちそうさまでした。
