渋谷パルコの飲食フロアに構えるオイスターバー。
ランチはパスタやドリアのイタリアンメニューが中心。
牡蠣メニューも並んでいるので、夜同様に味わうこともできます。
注文したのは、牡蠣のボロネーゼ(1400円)。
モチモチ食感の気持ちいい生パスタで、ひき肉たっぷりの味しっかりめ。
中に牡蠣があるって言われたけど…どこ?
エキスなのか、ひき肉よりも小さく混ざっているのか…
確かに普通のボロネーゼより旨味がしっかりした感じです。
これだけだと物足りないので、オイスターセット(+800円)も注文。
12月だもの、牡蠣は食べるべきですよね!
オススメ生牡蠣2個がついてくるもので、今回は福岡・糸島と長崎・小長井の2つ。
とくに小長井はクリーミーで濃厚な美味しさ♡
なんちゃら醤油をつけて…と言われたけど、素直にレモンだけで食べるのが一番な味わいでした。
やっぱりオイスターバーへ来たからには、生牡蠣ですよね。
