生牡蠣がこんなに種類があるなんて！
全国から厳選された牡蠣、創作焼き牡蠣や、海鮮丼まで楽しめるので、牡蠣、海鮮好きは迷わず行くべきお店です。
お店は渋谷PARCOの中にあるから、店内も綺麗な感じでした。店員さんもとても丁寧で心地良いお店でした。

You can enjoy carefully selected oysters from all over the country, original grilled oysters, and even seafood bowls, so this is a restaurant that oyster and seafood lovers should definitely visit.
The restaurant is located inside Shibuya PARCO, so the interior was clean and the staff were very polite and it was a comfortable place.

▪️ 本日の生牡蠣全10種食べ比べ 1個 400円
生牡蠣が、10種もあり、1つ1つが味が異なりました。さっぱりから濃厚まで牡蠣をよく食べる人は違いを感じれて嬉しい。個人的には日向夏のポン酢をかけて食べると爽やかな感じと牡蠣の旨みが詰まって美味しかった。詳しい内容はメニューをチェック！
▪️ 彩焼き牡蠣 2P 800円〜
いくらおろし、カラスミ、本マグロとろゆっけ、雲丹和牛、田楽味噌チーズの5種をいただきました。焼き牡蠣の上にこんな具材が乗ったの食べたことなかったけど、具材の見た目が強い。特に本マグロと田楽味噌は味がしっかりで美味しかった。具材の味に負けず、焼き牡蠣の味わいも感じれたので良かった。
▪️ 牡蠣の酒蒸し 6個 2000円
これもまた初めて出会いました。牡蠣はプリっと柔らかく。優しい牡蠣の旨味を感じれました。
▪️ 牡蠣と海鮮盛り丼 出汁付き 2600円
山盛りの海鮮丼。まさに映え丼。マグロ、ブリ、サーモンなど、たくさんの具材と、牡蠣まで乗っています。これを牡蠣だし醤油を少しかけて食べるとめちゃ美味しい。出汁をかけて食べると〆に最高でした。
▪️ 宮城 山和 for Oyster 純米吟醸 グラス 800円
溢れるまで入れてくれるので嬉しい。
さっぱりとした味わいで、牡蠣に合う。
▪️新潟 牡蠣のための日本酒 IMA グラス 1000円
溢れるまで入れてくれるので嬉しい。
まるで白ワインのような甘めの日本酒で、日本酒が苦手な人でもスイスイ飲めてしまいそう。
