☑︎奥渋にひっそりと、ここが都会のオアシス️
宇田川町や神泉のさらに奥、所謂「奥渋」と呼ばれるエリアにあるお店。
飲食店が並ぶ中のビルの地下にありました。
暖簾を潜るとカウンター席が8席程度、個室もあるそう。
店内はブラック基調のモードなお部屋で思わず背筋がスッと伸びる感覚✨
最近仲良くなったグルメ友達に誘っていただき自分へのご褒美で訪問！
特別すぎる時間と空間に絶句です本当に、、、。笑

日本酒好きも唸るようなラインナップ、そしてこれにこれ合わせるんだ？という組み合わせも口の中に含めば思わず頷いてしまう❤️
大将が自分の好みです！と言ってたけど、センス抜群なのが分かります...！
私も大好きな黒龍(とはいえ角がなく飲みやすい)から始まり新政の珍しいラインやオレンジワインも印象的でした。

思わずトップにもしたんですが、この箱ウニ丸々使ったウニ巻きが本当に豪快
贅沢なもんで塩気の強いウニは今だにちょっと苦手で(笑)でもこの日頂いたのはとろけ具合、塩味、シャリとのバランスが過去一完璧でびっくりしました...！！

お鮨が全体的に同じネタでもいつもとちょっと違うな？って思ってたら、カットの仕方が通常と敢えて変えてるとのこと。
食感は残りつつ、口の中で噛む前に溶けてく感覚がなんともたまらない！ここでしか食べれないと思うので要チェックです。

渋谷で美味しいお寿司屋さんって本当に困るんですよ、価格帯とクオリティが見合ってるかとか客層やお店の雰囲気とか...
正直今まで行った中でもかなり客単価が高いお店なのでビビってましたが(笑)
それを忘れさせられるくらいに、本当に本当に美味しいお鮨がいただけるので特別な日に使いたいお店♡
一品一品丁寧なのはもちろんですが、お鮨だけでなくお酒の知識も豊富な気さくな大将の接客もとても心地よく食事できる理由の一つ！
(すいません、日本酒が本当に美味しすぎてついつい飲みすぎてしまいましたが...笑)
接待等大事な日にも使いやすいと思うのでとってもオススメです
最近は外国人のお客様もチラホラいらっしゃるとか！流石ですねぇ
