Food Savor the Edomae nigiri made with carefully selected fresh fish and carefully selected sushi rice.
We visit Toyosu Market every day and use carefully selected fresh fish based on relationships of trust with intermediate wholesalers. We take extra steps to suit the ingredients, such as aging them for 3 to 10 days to bring out their flavor, or tightening them in the morning to preserve their freshness. For the sushi, we use old rice from Akitakomachi, Akita Prefecture. This rice is suitable for sushi and is made with a blend of 7-year aged red vinegar and rice vinegar. Please come to our restaurant and enjoy authentic Edomae Sushi that brings out the best of the ingredients and respects tradition.

We have about 40 types of toppings, and you can order from one set to another. We want you to eat what you like and as much as you like...With that in mind, we offer a set of meals for around 80 yen to 780 yen. Although we are a counter-only sushi restaurant, you can casually enjoy our sushi at reasonable prices. We also offer great value sets that include the day's recommendations and popular items. Enjoy to your heart's content with a variety of famous sake.

Using carefully selected ingredients from Toyosu Market, we offer a wide variety of a la carte dishes, from alcoholic side dishes to luxurious dishes. A dish full of seasonal flavors that changes from time to time, can be enjoyed not only by taste but also by sight. You can order what you want on the spot and even get refills. There are also menus that go well with sake, including the famous ``Hairy Crab Stuffed in Shell'', ``Grilled Scallops'', which are thick scallops grilled just the right amount and wrapped in crispy seaweed, and ``Soft Boiled Octopus''.

To accompany your meal, be sure to try our wide selection of sake. We will explain the history and tradition of the sake brewery, as well as the taste and aroma of the particularly recommended "specially selected sake," and convey its appeal. For “seasonal sake,” we offer flavors and ways of drinking that are unique to the season. We will advise you on the characteristics of each brand, such as the differences in temperature such as hot, cold, and lukewarm, and how to drink it to suit your needs. We also have shochu, beer, and wine, so please choose your favorite to pair with sushi or a la carte dishes.
