When you visit us, be sure to try our special thick-sliced Tongue Shio and thick-sliced liver grilled meat. Everyone is surprised that the liver looks just like yokan before grilling. We are confident in the freshness of our liver, so if you are concerned about the smell of liver, please give it a try. Similarly, the thickly sliced tongue shio is seasoned with salt and pepper, making it a masterpiece that lets you feel the flavor of the meat straight through.
