『TACUBO（タクボ）』の姉妹店『Burger POLICE』と青汁王子こと三崎優太氏がタッグを組み監修をしたハンバーガー店が2021年7月にOPEN。
渋谷センター街を抜けて奥渋エリアにある当店。
こちらのお店は世界三大珍味であるキャビア、トリュフ、フォアグラを使用したプレミアムバーガーをはじめとしたバーガーポリス監修のハンバーガーを味わえる。
黒基調のシックな内装で、カトラリーがテーブルにセットされていてレストランのような雰囲気。
パティは和牛100％を使用して毎朝ミンチャーで挽き、塩麹で味付けし旨味を引き上げて成型。
カリカリに焼き上げられた香ばしいバンズは峰屋が作ったオリジナルのもの。
青汁王子の監修なので、しっかりと青汁商品もあって思わず注文してしまいました。
今年は鳥インフルエンザの影響によりフォアグラが入手困難になっている背景から、フォアグラバーガーは販売しておりませんでしたので、キャビアシュリンプバーガーを注文。
バーガーは申し分なく美味しいのですが、ウリのプレミアムバーガーはちょっと高いかなという印象。通常メニューは1,500円前後で販売しているので、普段使いならそちらのメニューでも良さそう。
