This is a restaurant supervised by "Burger POLICE" located in Okushibu. The inside of the store is stylish and fashionable. There are table seats and private rooms. What I received: ◯Classic Burger - 1900 yen ◯Cheese Topping - 150 yen ◯Ginger Ale - 400 yen It's quite large, so you'll be full just by eating the burger. The buns have a crunchy surface and are fragrant. I think I would like something a little more fluffy. The patty is thick and made from 100% Wagyu beef without filler. The inside is cooked rare. A moist, meaty patty that overflows with the flavor of lean meat with every bite. Ingredients are caramelized onions, tomatoes, lettuce, BBQ sauce, and Aurora sauce. Unfortunately, the patty was thick and the bun was large and hard, so I couldn't fit it all into my mouth even when I crushed it. I wish it was a little easier to eat. The taste is delicious.
