Food Full of collagen! Takanmari course made with a whole chicken stewed
``Dakkanmari'' is a Korean hotpot dish made with a whole chicken simmered. At our restaurant, we offer the [Takkanmari Course] using Hinai Jidori chicken, which is known as one of Japan's three most delicious chickens. The secret to its deliciousness is the collagen-rich soup, which is made by slowly simmering kelp and other ingredients for four hours and uses a dashi stock. It is healthy and very popular among women. Enjoy it with our homemade sauce made by adding soy sauce, vinegar, mustard, Korean miso, and garlic to your preference.
