祝!1周年☆PEZで幻のお肉料理を頂きました!
この日はPEZ1周年記念ということで、普段はお魚オンリーのところ、お肉オンリーのお料理を頂くことが出来るイベント!どんなお料理があるかは行ってのお楽しみということで、ワクワク!
15時からの終日イベント、私は17時頃に行きましたが、スタッフの方々総出で、活気もあり既に賑わいをみせていました。メニューは7品ありましたが、そのうち今回は4品頂きました。

・ローストビーフ
・豚汁
少しくらいはお魚要素あるのかな~と思いきや、お魚要素ゼロ!本当にお肉オンリーでした。
どのお料理もボリュームあり、かつ上品な味。スパイスや出汁を上手く掛け合わせ、さすがの美味しさでした。
改めて、愛されているお店なんだなと感じました。1周年、おめでたいし、これからも楽しみです。秋メニューとして、生牡蠣や鰆なども始まったとのことなので、また伺わせて頂きたいです。ごちそうさまでした!
奥渋の新星!誰を連れて行っても必ず喜ばれる、早くも人気の魚介系ビストロ<゜)))彡
飲食店が立ち並ぶ人気の奥渋エリアに2021年10月にオープンした魚介特化型のビストロです。
シェフの石浜さんはミシュラン一つ星「abysse」出身、裏手にあるCHOWCHOWの姉妹店です。
黒板に手書きされたメニューは定番のものから、季節のものまで様々。ワインはナチュールワインを主体とし、好みをある程度伝えると、お店の方が手際よくおすすめのものを用意してくれます。

・〆のリゾット
どれも美味しいのですが、真ダコのソテーがぷりっぷり!下のマッシュポテトも優しいお味でワインが進みます。お魚がごろごろ入ったブイヤベースは魚介の旨味がぎゅーっと凝縮され、これまたワインとの相性抜群。余ったスープでリゾットやパスタにして頂けます。
そして何と言ってもこちらのお店の魅力はその居心地の良さ。お店の方の温かい接客がとても印象的でした。この時は2回目の訪問でしたが、お店の方が私のことを覚えていてくれて嬉し過ぎました!
お値段もお手頃で、予約も取りやすくおすすめです✨ごちそうさまでした!

Pez is one of my favorite Bistro since I visited it shortly after it opened, and it's probably the one I go to again and again. It's been a while since I took proper photos of all the dishes, so I'll post them. It was early March on this day, and the menu, which changes every three months, was a lineup of winter remnants and a look ahead to spring. In addition to the regulars such as sautéed octopus, fish and chips, and soup de poisson, there were many new items on the menu. We had some recommended wines brought to us, and we received a bottle of Sauvignon. 《What I ordered》 - Crab, parsnip, and apple canapé The shredded parsnip was tossed in a special sauce made with cheese and other ingredients, and between the baguette and the stewed apple. The fennel adds a spicy flavor and is a great starter.・Sauteed smoked salmon, sakura shrimp, and Savoy cabbage. Seasoned with smoked oil instead of smoked. Walk-ins may be possible depending on the time, but advance reservations are recommended. Although it is a popular restaurant, it has a homely atmosphere and is extremely comfortable, making everyone happy no matter who I take them to.More than anything, pez always leaves me very satisfied.
