Many customers enjoy a wide variety of sashimi, including carpaccio, tartare, and namero-style sashimi. Among the recommended items is the ``pickled breast meat'', which is made by marinating fresh chicken in a special soup stock for a day and a half, creating a flavor similar to lean tuna. We always have 300 types of carefully selected wines with different origins and tastes available. From relatively budget-friendly items to special items, we will select the best item to suit your cuisine and preferences, so please feel free to contact us. In addition to wine, we also stock around 20 types of Japanese sake and shochu carefully selected by the owner who is knowledgeable about alcohol. Please come and discover a cup that you can only drink now or a favorite cup that you haven't seen yet.

While offering original dishes, the skewers are simply a way to enjoy the freshness and flavor of the chicken. The only flavors are salt and a refreshing sauce with just the right amount of acidity from a red wine base. You can also enjoy skewers in courses that include our popular menu items. A course with only food is 4,500 yen, a course with selection pairing is 8,000 yen, and a slightly more luxurious course with wine pairing is 10,000 yen.

The interior of the store has a chic atmosphere based on black, and the space has the warmth of wood, such as the solid wood counter. Seating options include an L-shaped counter that seats 10 people, and private rooms for 4 and 6 people. In addition, we also have a special counter that seats 3 people. We are particular about the interior design, including comfortable chairs and seasonal tapestries. There is also a smoking section, so you can enjoy smoking as well.
