パン屋さんにも流行があるみたいで、高級食パンブームがやっと終わったかと思ったら今度は高級惣菜パン。
高級食パンは甘くて高いだけの詐欺みたいなブームだったので惣菜パンは本物であって欲しい。
●購入した物(税抜)
・パテ・ド・カンパーニュバーガー(850円)
鹿肉のパテにコルニッションとシュークルート。
パテはクセの無い肉肉しいやつ。
コルニッションとシュークルートで酸味を追加しているけど全体的にはとてもシンプル。
・海老フライのヴィエノワ(1250円)
巨大海老フライがそのまま乗ったパン。
凄いインパクトで写真映えするけど味は想像通り。
自家製タルタルが別添えなのはとても良い。
・クロワッサンサンド(1350円)
ビゴール豚の生ハムと味の濃いルッコラ、旨味のあるコンテチーズを大きなクロワッサンで挟んでいる。
素材は全部美味しいけど凄くシンプル。
・ソーセージパン(750円)
猪肉のソーセージがとても美味しいけど凄いシンプル。
ソーセージだけで食べたい。
●感想
全部美味しいけど凄くシンプル。
素材の味を生かしたい気持ちは凄くわかるけど高級惣菜パンは味のセンスが命なのでフランス料理屋さんらしくソースを使ったりレストランで使わなかった野菜の部位をローストして乗せるともっと良くなると思う。
