「MIYASHITAPARK」の近くに2022年9月末にオープンしたお鮨屋さん。
雑居ビルのB1Fなのですが、綺麗なお店で、8メートルの檜を使用した広々したカウンターと個室（４名・６名・８名）もあります。
ランチは11,000円（税サ込）です。

ランチはディナーよりシャリを大き目にしているとのことで、食べごたえあるサイズでお腹いっぱい。
大将はお鮨屋だけでなく懐石のお店でも修行されていたとのことで、１ネタ１ネタ工夫を凝らしてあり、研究熱心だなぁと思いました。
（いま食べログ見たら、利き酒師、ソムリエ、フードアナリスト等の資格もお持ちだそうで、やはり研究熱心なのだなと。）
今日イチは穴子！すごく美味しかった！
お酒も充実していて、KENZOESTATEは全種類あるらしい。
ネタも味がはっきりしていて、お酒に合わせてあるのかなぁと思いました。
