ありそうでなかった、２つの顔を持つお店
以前、投稿したセカンドクラス東京の1階は、大衆居酒屋‼️
美味しい料理と入りやすい雰囲気の良いお店だった
しかし、2階はお洒落な雰囲気とコース料理✨
大きなプロジェクターと明らかに違った雰囲気を放つ別世界のお店だった
１つ１つが拘り抜かれたお店で食べた料理がこちら♂️

前菜が最中？？と思ったらまさかビックリ！！
牛のたたきとキャビアが入った一口最中だった
お口の中に美味しい牛の味とアクセントのキャビア‼️
最初から贅沢すぎる一品✨
八寸

・飛竜頭含め煮
・高野豆腐
・卯の花
・車海老
・いくら
・ごま和え
どれも食べ応えがあって、お酒のつまみに最高
特に美味しかったのが、アナゴ、車エビ、豆腐が美味しかった
お造り
帆立、しめさば、まぐろ、鰤、真鯛‼️
どれも美味しくて最高だったけど、特によかったのがマグロと鯖
新鮮で脂が乗ってプリプリのマグロと鯖は、絶品だった‼️
焼き物・和牛赤身ステーキ2種（熟成・西京漬け）
熟成肉は塩で味をより深く引き立てておいしゅうございました
問題は、西京漬けのお肉‼️
西京漬けってお魚が多かったし、最近食べてなかったから感激✨
濃厚な味噌の味わいとあの何と表現すればよいか分からない美味しさだった‼️
天ぷら
白竜穴子天ぷらはサクサクで絶品
天ぷらはどれだけサクッとした‼️
個人的には、天ぷらはどこまでこのサクッとした食感があるかが大事だと思ってる
