The slow-roasted Grilled offal are packed with flavor, and the more you bite into them, the more delicious they become. The freshest meat we purchase every day is slowly cooked at a low temperature to create a raw-like texture. Finished with seasonings and toppings that match each offal. The popular ``Tan Yukhoe'' is made by cutting the tongue cooked at a low temperature into thin strips and serving it with a special sweet sauce and egg yolk. You can enjoy the moderate texture and softness of the tongue. We also offer rare parts on a daily basis.

We always have about 20 types of local sake from all over the country available. They change depending on the season, so you can always find new flavors whenever you come.
