渋谷にあるエスニック料理「アジアンビストロ ローカル」
渋谷の桜丘町にあります。
地下のお店に入ると、清潔感のある、レストランらしい造りで、客席数も多く、広々としています。
この日は、他にも学生さんのグループ、近くの会社員さんたちが多くいらしていました。
インド系、タイ系、ベトナム系などと特定の国の郷土料理に限らず、ネパールからインド、タイ、までエスニック・ジャンルを幅広く網羅するお店であります。
ランチは、インドカレー系とガパオライスなどのタイ系ですが、デイナーメニューを拝見すると、ビリヤニ、生春巻き、ネパールのフライドモモ、ヤンニョムチキン、グラムジャムン、などとアジアン料理ひと通り、ありました。
たくさんのアラカルトメニューに、デイナーセットもありました。
私が、カレーセット。（カレー２種類にナンまたはライス、）にしました。友人はダルカレーセット。（ダルカレー、ライス）。
【カレーセット】
選択した２種類のカレー（フイッシュ＆バターチキン）と“タンドリーチキン”、サラダが載っています。
【タンドリーチキン】
パンチのあるスパイスを纏ったチキンは、香ばしく柔らか。ランチには付くけど、夜はつかない。でもサービス、とシェフ。ありがとう、美味しいです。
【フイッシュカレー】
見た目の量的には少ない感じがしましたが、他のインド料理屋さんよりも、お魚の身がたっぷりです。
カレー自体はさらっとしているのですが、その中にはしっかりとした辛さと旨味があります。
【バターチキン】
バターチキンは、他のお店のそれよりも、濃厚なコクがありながらも、甘さを控えてあり、食べやすいタイプです。辛さも弱いので、辛いのが苦手な人にも。
【サラダ】
サラダは、キャベツ、ニンジン、トレビスを千切りにして、フレンチドレッシングを掛けたもの。
【ナン】
表面がパリッとしていて、中はふんわり。ギーも味付けも、あっさりした素朴なタイプです。
今日はインド料理一択でしたが、リーズナブルに、美味しい本格的なインド料理を楽しむことができるお店です。
チベットの焼きそばが気になりましたのでまた伺いたい、ニコニコと笑顔の優しいスタッフのいるお店です。
