渋谷ストリームの一階に入っているステーキやシーフードのお店。300度にもなるという石板で好みの焼き加減に調整しながらいただけます。
ステーキはお肉がレアに近い状態で運ばれてきて、置いておくと火が入っていくので、ちょっと避難させたり、あえてよく焼いてみたりと、好みを探すのが楽しい！添えられたポテトと外はカリッと、中はホクホクで美味しかったです。
1番印象に残ったのが馬肉のタルタル。モンゴルの馬を使われているそう。スパイスやハーブの効いたタルタルで、自家製クラッカーにのせていただくとワインが止まらない美味しさ。
ケールのシャルドネサラダや、複数のお魚が隠されたカルパッチョなど、ハーブが効いたメニューが多く、女性ウケしそうでした。
魚介の仕入れルートがいいそうで、シーフード盛りあわせの牡蠣や海老も鮮度よくふっくら。
デザートもボリュームあり、カプチーノも大きくて可愛かったです。飲んだ後のカフェ使いにもいいかも。
テラス席もあり、川の前なので気候の良い時期はとても気持ちよさそうです。
