急に冬の訪れのような寒さになって、身体がついていけない感じですが、せめて鍋でも食べて温まりたいですね。という事で今夜は妻と渋谷にてっちりを食べに来ました
入店したのは渋谷駅徒歩2分、利便性抜群の『渋谷 ふぐ龍』さん
勿論予約をしての訪問となります

今日は珍しくビールではなく、スパークリングで乾杯！コースのスタートとなります
・前菜
湯葉、あん肝、鯵、鰹、柿
う〜ん濃厚なあん肝、鯵に鰹、柿も華やか
・日高見 弥助 芳醇辛口 純米吟醸〜1760円
穏やかに香る米の甘みを感じる香り、柔らかい旨みがスッと喉の奥で弾ける感覚、これは魚介類には相性抜群でしょ！
・ふぐのお造り
ふぐ刺しは、寸葱、もみじおろしを薬味に、すだちぽん酢でいただきます。ふぐだけでも勿論美味しいのですが、葱などと一緒に食べることで、よりふぐの深い旨味を感じますね
特筆すべきは、ふぐの弾力と言うか噛み応え、これぞふぐ刺しの醍醐味‼︎
・茶碗蒸し
ほくほくの栗の渋皮煮が入った茶碗蒸し、定番の銀杏もいいけど、嬉しいサプライズ
・唐揚げ
骨ごといける唐揚げ、冬のキングオブ唐揚げ！
・ふぐスペアリブ
ぷっくらした焼物、味付けは塩のみ
・「司牡丹・船中八策」（超辛口・純米酒）
坂本龍馬が船中にて考えた策に由来する、ロマン漂う逸品、土佐酒らしい辛口がふぐに合う！
・お凌ぎ小丼
雲丹、イクラの贅沢お凌ぎ小丼、「おしのぎ」とは懐石料理の一品で、先付けのあとに出るちょっとしたご飯物や麺類の事、空腹をしのぐと言う意味で、「おしのぎ」と呼ばれるけど、空腹どころか満腹に近いぞ(笑)
・にごり白桃〜880円
・八海山梅酒〜880円
・てっちり
本日の目的てっちり鍋、野菜も沢山で嬉しい
ふっくらした身、皮目の近くはコラーゲンたっぷり、これぞ冬の鍋の王様！
・雑炊
ふぐの出汁と野菜の旨みがたっぷり凝縮された鍋の〆は雑炊、これぞ贅沢の極み！お腹いっぱいだけど不思議と食べれちゃうんだよ(笑)
・デザート
以上でコースは終了
上質な個室席で、ゆったりとふぐを思う存分楽しむ事が出来ました
てっちりで身体もポカポカ、やっぱり冬は鍋だね
