渋谷駅から徒歩5分ほどのところにある
渋谷 ふぐ龍さん。
エレベーターを上がるとすし龍とふぐ龍が併設されていて同じ入り口から入れる。
店内はカウンター席と個室とあり、高級感のある内装。
今回いただいたのはおまかせコース（9800円）
前菜は
柿の胡麻ソースがけ
あん肝明太子
タコの柚子胡椒煮
三日月型のお皿に乗せて提供され、
とっても華やかな一品。
特にタコの柚子胡椒煮は大きくぶつ切りされたタコが歯応え満点で、柚子胡椒の風味が爽やかな後味。
美味しい〜〜！
フグ刺しは
芽ねぎ、もみじおろし、ポン酢と一緒にいただきます✨
淡白であっさりとしているので無限に食べられそう。芽ねぎの風味が淡白な身によく合う！！
白子の茶碗蒸しは
クリーミーな白子が入っていて、茶碗蒸しのお出汁とよく合う。
白子を口いっぱいに頬張れるくらいのボリュームで感動。
てっちりは
骨付きのフグときのこ、にんじん、白菜などのお野菜と一緒に煮込んで、出汁が出たスープで最後は雑炊にしていただきます。
お出汁を吸った雑炊は優しい味付けでほっこり。
食後のデザートは黒蜜がけのわらび餅。
温かいお茶もサーブされて大満足。
