久しぶりに、仕事で東京へ行くことになり、久しぶりに、姉と食事をする事になった。
東京住みの姉おすすめ店は、この9月にオープンしたばかりの『渋谷ふぐ龍』
渋谷駅から程近い。駅付近は、祭日だったもので、大混雑だったが、店のある界隈は、しっとり落ち着いた一画。
さて姉は奮発して
ディナーおまかせコース特上
１９８００円をオーダーしてくれた。
会うのは７年ぶりだから、気持ちが嬉しい。
■前菜
三日月型の器に盛り付けされた３種
・フグの煮凝り
・あん肝
・柿の白和
少しずつが嬉しい。
■お造り
・テッピ
・テッサ
薄造りだが、もちもちで美味しい。
■ふぐスペアリブ
ふぐの身が肉厚なのと、新鮮なので、骨からホロリと外れて食べやすい。
良い弾力と旨味。
■お凌ぎ小丼
趣向を変えたイクラの小丼
アクセントはトンブリかしら？
■唐揚げ
良いふぐの唐揚げは、なんとも美味い！
さっくりからりと揚がっていて、いくつでも食べられそうだ。
■茶碗蒸し
贅沢な白子の茶碗蒸し。
白子で埋もれそうなぐらい入っていた。
アクセントに細かく刻んだミツバが入っていたり、食感も良い。
■てっちり
メインのてっちり。盛り付けも麗しい。
昆布出汁の鍋。
最初に、河豚や人参、豆腐から投入し
後から野菜。温まるし美味しい。
■雑炊
調理場で、
良い塩梅に仕上げて運んでくださる。
美しい仕上がり。
ふぐの出汁と甘味がほんのり。
美味しい。

席はカウンターと完全個室席があるが、
姉とゆっくり家族の話が楽しめる
今回の広めの個室席は最高だった。
スタッフさんの、さりげない気遣いも
ありがたい。
最後に大将に挨拶して店を後にするが、スタッフさんが見送ってくださった。
てっちりのタレが、やや甘めだったので、お尋ねしたところ、修行先の河豚鍋を食べて研究して、たどり着いた大将オリジナルとのこと。
なるほど深い。
家族の記念日や、大切な人との会食に利用したい。
晴れやかな気持ちになれる料理店ですな。
