今日は、フグ
10月に大阪で食して以来の河豚を食べに渋谷へ。
こちらのお店、ふぐ龍とすし龍という、河豚専門店と寿司屋さんのリミックス。たぶんだけど、カウンターは寿司屋さん。
奥の個室？半個室？の席はフグなのかしら？→確認が必要…
今日はフグで予約を。
年末フグ食べに行けなかったのでリベンジ笑
頂いたもの
◯ディナーおまかせコース上
14,000円のコースになります。ラインナップは、前菜からデザートまで。お腹いっぱい口福です
◾️前菜
にこごり、あん肝、タコゆず風味
くーー、日本酒に合うラインナップでした。今日はビールとなぜか白ワインにしてしまったけど、九平次とかもあったんですよね。日本酒にすればよかったかな笑
飲兵衛に嬉しい前菜
◾️お造り
もちろん、フグ。テッサですね。
芽ねぎを巻いて食感もたのしみながら。さっぱりと美味
◾️茶碗蒸し
牡蠣が乗ってて、とてもおいしい。つるんとした茶碗蒸しで出汁がきいてて優しいお味。
◾️唐揚げ
骨部分がほぼなく、食べやすい部位を唐揚げにしてくれたのかなと。
これにはビールがあう笑
◾️てっちり
立派な昆布でとった出汁に、フグの切り身、野菜をいれて。
自分たちでつくるタイプです。さっぱりポン酢でいただきます
◾️雑炊
これがね、美味しいのー。すごいとろみがついてて甘め。
なんだろ、コーンポタージュのような甘みととろみがあって、子供にもウケる雑炊のお味でした。（今日子連れでは無いけど）
フグからでたコラーゲンがたっぷりだからこのとろみかしらね
◾️デザート
みねおかどうふ
とおっしゃってたはず。ジャパニーズパンナコッタですね。
上品な味で、最後の〆にぴったりのほんのりな甘さ。

夜に用事もあるから（お迎えだけど、歩きなので運転はしませんよ！）
控えめに飲むの巻
雑炊と鍋だからお腹いっぱいになりました。
河豚を堪能できて大満足でした。
私たちの席は、
個室なのですが、廊下にでる戸の一部が格子だからかなあ…
とても雰囲気もよいのですが、
お隣さんの声が結構聞こえたので、接待には部屋を選ぶほうがよいかもですね
業界人って声が大きいからだと思うけど… …
タグつけしようと思ったけど、
ふぐ龍だとでてこなかったから同じ敷地の
すし龍タグつけといた笑
去年の9月にできたばかりの比較的新しいお店なんですね〜
穴場発見。フグ好きにお勧め
