渋谷で絶品のフグ刺しを食べるならココってくらいおいしいフグが食べられるお店、ふぐ龍さん。
今回は連れてきていただいたのですが、この店予約したからって食べログ送ってもらったときは、 ちょっとびびりました。
でも店内は洗練された和の空間で、カウンターと個室を完備。
今回は個室だったので落ち着いてゆったり食事をいただきました。
会食や特別な日にぜひ使いたいお店でした。

前菜から感動。
季節の移ろいを感じさせる一皿は、味わい深いコースのスタート！
【お造り】
フグ皮のシャキシャキとした食感と、ポン酢の爽やかな酸味が絶妙で、フグ刺しの上品な味わいと相まって、 思わず笑顔がこぼれました。
【茶碗蒸し】
ふわふわの食感と優しい味わいが心地よく、口当たりが最高でした。
【てっちり】
フグの旨味がたっぷり溶け出した出汁が絶品。
また身がふっくらとしていて、フグ刺しとはまた違ったおいしさを味わうことができます。
【雑炊】
〆の雑炊は、てっちりの出汁を活かしたシンプルながらも深い味わいが楽しめ、最後まで満足感が続きます。
【わらび 餅】
デザートのわらび餅は、口の中でとろける優しい甘さが、食事の締めくくりにふさわしい一品でした。
