I went to a blowfish restaurant located a few minutes walk from Shibuya Station ^ ^ I'm happy that you can enjoy blowfish in a completely private room, and the courses are reasonably priced starting at 9,800 yen ♡ I eat blowfish at least once every winter. Come to think of it, I haven't eaten it yet this year! The contents of the course we received are as follows ^ ^ Appetizers Sashimi Chawanmushi Tecchiri Zosui Dessert Appetizers include early-picked bamboo shoots, rape blossoms, and boiled blowfish skin. It's already March from tomorrow, so I'm happy to have items that make me feel like spring ♡ The sashimi is ready! I like pufferfish best as sashimi♡ (though I can't give up fried chicken either) The crunchy texture is irresistible~꒰#'ω`#꒱ Chawanmushi Chawanmushi with minced chicken and bean paste. This is not blowfish. I liked the sweet and gentle seasoning ^ ^ Tecchiri When you think of blowfish, it's hotpot! I don't usually eat hot pot dishes, but blowfish is special ♡ For some reason, just the fact that blowfish is included in the ingredients makes me feel good lol This is the best option for rice porridge! A type of rice porridge that you don't often see, made with sweet and creamy white miso seasoning, rice cakes, and egg. I wonder if it's Kyoto style. It may not be to your liking, but it might be a novelty ^ ^ Dessert Panna Cotta The quantity was just right and I was very satisfied ^ ^ We had a great time chatting in a relaxing private room. Since we operate in two genres, Sushi and blowfish, I think it's good that you can choose which one to use depending on your mood or occasion.
