I visited the restaurant around 7:00 p.m. on a Monday. Even though it was a weekday, the restaurant was quite full and crowded, probably due to its location near Shibuya station. We were shown to a spacious private room! This time we ordered the dinner selection on the course 14800 yen Appetizer - Fugu no nikogori - Soaked Seri (Japanese parsley) - Sea bream I really like fugu no nikogori and ☺️ the seasoning was not too salty. Two fairly large fugu fugu were fried. The batter is thick and satisfying! It is served with sweet and sour ponzu (Japanese sauce made of sweet and sour citrus juice). The grated daikon next to it was quite pungent and to my liking. The soft and smooth steamed egg custard with firefly squid was delicious. The mild flavor was easy on the stomach. Tecchiri: A very hearty fugu nabe. I was glad that there was a lot of fugu in it! The last dish was zosui (rice porridge). After you finish eating, they bring the whole pot down and make it for you. Fluffy egg and sweet soybean paste? The sweet miso seasoning warmed my heart. We ended the meal with the creamy apricot jelly topped with strawberries. I was happy because I am addicted to this type of apricot bean curd. ☺️ They also have a wide variety of soft drinks, which is a good point for non-alcoholic drinkers. It is also a good point that you can eat slowly in a private room.
