This is a store near 109 in Shibuya. I was looking for a sign because I thought it was on the 4th floor of the building, but the sign in front of the building said Nagomiya. Take the elevator directly across from Family Mart and go to the 4th floor. I tried the all-you-can-drink option. Order drinks using a QR code. Warm up with shochu mixed with hot water. First up is bonito plum with edamame and cucumber. It's orthodox, but fresh, crunchy cucumbers are delicious. The three-piece sashimi platter is yellowtail, octopus, and salmon. The yellowtail fillet is thick. It's enough to eat. You can also tell the freshness of the salmon and octopus. Is there no warm egg in Caesar salad? When I thought about it, it sank to the bottom. It's really delicious when you eat it mixed with hot eggs. The Caesar salad dressing is also delicious. Corn Tempura is addictive because the grains and corn are chewy. The matcha salt is also delicious. The charcoal-grilled Atka mackerel was crispy. My recommendation is Yakisoba (stir-fried noodles). It's freshly made, the sauce is delicious, and the meat is well-packed. Dessert is rare cheesecake. It's a dessert recommended by the head chef, so it's a large portion, and it's topped with fresh cream and chocolate. Moreover, although I may say this, the plate is different from previous plates.
