■概要
駅からほど近いビルにあるお寿司屋さん。
平日の夜に友人と二人で訪問しました。
きれいな店内はカウンターの他に個室も多く、接待やデートなどで落ち着いてお寿司を楽しみたいシーンで便利なお店だと思います。渋谷ではあまりこういうお店が無いので、重宝するのでは。

キャビアとウニ盛り合わせ付きコース
生ビール×2杯
・前菜
フグ皮の煮凝り、ふぐの梅肉和え、筍の三品。
どれも美味しく、期待が高まります。
・握り①
・ハタ
・スミイカ
・サクラマス
すでに仕事がしてある江戸前鮨で、お醤油をつけずに頂きます。シャリが口の中で柔らかくほどけ、脂ののったネタと一体になります。
特にスミイカがシャキッとしており、美味しかったです。
・サワラのふきまき 枝豆のソース
香ばしく焼かれたサワラがとても良い香り。フキが良い食感とアクセントをもたらしており、枝豆の爽やかなソースとよくあいます。
・イクラの小丼
いくらととんぶりがのった、小さな丼です。
とんぶりのプチっとした食感が楽しい一品です。
・キャビアとウニの盛り合わせ
キャビア、ウニ2種類、海苔、ご飯のセット。
キャビアとウニをたっぷり海苔にのせて、ご飯と一緒に巻いて食べる贅沢な一品です。。
味はもちろん間違いなしです。
・茶碗蒸し
ホタルイカが入った茶碗蒸しです。
少し甘めで、たっぷり入った出汁が嬉しい。

ここで味の強めなネタの握りが供されます。
しっかりしたマグロの風味が楽しめる本マグロを始め、脂ののったアジや大トロ、ふわりと溶けるアナゴと全て本当に美味しいです。
〆のトロタク巻きもボリュームたっぷりで嬉しいです。

質、量ともに大満足のコースでした。
特に江戸前の握りは良いネタにしっかり仕事がしてあり、とても美味しかったです…！
お店も広くて気持ちよく、ゆっくり食事を楽しめて良い時間を過ごせました。
