久し振りにソルティーモードのダルバートを食べたくなり恵比寿へ
変わらず薄暗い店内ではネパールのお面や楽器など雰囲気たっぷりでワイルドな御主人も全く変わっていませんでした
カウンター、マスターの真ん前いいとこ座れました。慣れた手つきでダルバートを完成させていきます

滑らかでまろみ広がるなダルからいきなり昇天！何だろねこの旨さは
メインは荒々しさに繊細さも併せ持つククラコマスとゴロゴロジャガイモとオクラのタルカリはウエット感あるスパイシー仕様で存在感強め
更には爽やかなゴルベラと箸休めのごんぶとムラコアチャールで混ぜる毎に不足分を補填し確実に美味しくなっていく見事な構成
境が無いのでカレーライス的で軽めに侵食しあった事からどこから掬ってもいい味になっておりました
食後は変わらずチヤのサービス。しっかり甘めがネパールっぽく今の季節とても温まります。
