前々から行ってみたかったクンビラ。
なんか、美肌鍋みたいに呼ばれているスパイシーな鍋があると聞いて。
今回は食べログから予約したのでアラカルトではなくコースで。
まぁ、初めてだしコースでもいっか。
店は恵比寿の中でもちょっとホテル多めの界隈。でも、駅からも近いのであまり気にならない。
ビル全体がクンビラで意外と老舗のお店みたい。
飲み物は結構女子受けしそうな飲みやすそうなものが多い。ビールもちょっと柑橘系の爽やかなものとか。
メニューはネパール料理のモモみたいなのとか、ほうれん草をクッタリさせたヘルシーそうなお豆腐とか、そしてエビの料理が一番辛かったかな。
で、いよいよメインのヒマラヤ鍋。
そもそもヒマラヤにヒマラヤ鍋なんてものはなく、オーナーさんが、この旨味たっぷりのスープを日本人好みにアレンジしたら鍋で食べるのがいいんじゃない？となって出来上がったメニューらしい。
確かに、日本人が好きな感じだわ〜。
お出汁が効いてて野菜たっぷりでスパイスも堪能できる。
鶏もホロホロ〜。
締めの雑炊も味染み染みで美味しかったのだけど、これ、コースだと結構腹パンだなー。
アラカルトにしてもっと鍋に集中したい気もする。
とはいいつつも、じっくり堪能してスパイスまみれになり電車内で疎まれながら帰宅！笑
美味しかった！
