ふとお鮨が食べたいと思いお鮨を探すも、いいお店は中々すぐには予約は取れません。そう言えばホテルのお鮨って食べた事無いなと即日予約で訪問しました。
名ホテルクオリティの流石のサービス。店内の雰囲気から店員さんのサービスまで完璧です。お鮨を食べに来ただけなのに作られる雰囲気で相当リラックスできました。
頂いたのは握り寿司御膳。握りの他に天ぷらやお浸しなどが付く御膳で、お酒を1、2杯入れると1万円強になる価格帯です。
肝心のお鮨は、赤酢でないお鮨を久しぶりに食べましたが角のないマイルドなシャリでとっても美味しかったです。特にタイや帆立など、主張は激しくないものの奥行きのあるネタにすごくマッチします。
ノドグロの炙りはジューシーで芳ばしくて最高でした。
お酒は石鎚と和の月を頂きました。
石鎚はキリッと淡麗かつピリシュワ感と共に香るお鮨を邪魔しない綺麗なフルーツ香が美味しく、
和の月は熟成香と爽やかさの共存を感じる珍しい味でした。
