土曜に相方+ベビと来店
「せせらぎ」(9,400/1人)を注文
隣のカウンターもベビーカー連れで心に余裕ができました
(子供を鉄板焼きって勇気いりますもん)
さすがホテルのレストランだけあってスタッフさんも子供に対して優しい対応でした
ビール(1,700円)にて乾杯
前菜は3品
食べはじめ早々にお魚が焼かれます(本日は真鯛)
鉄板焼きならではの皮パリパリ味はふっくら
ソースがとても美味しかったです
お次はお肉
相方はヒレ、僕はロースにして交換するのが通例
「何牛ですか？」と聞くと、「福島県産の国産牛」と言うことでした
ミディアムレアで注文
お肉といえば赤ワイン。
グラスの赤は4種ありましたがカベルネソーヴィニヨン(2,900円)を注文
美味しいです
今日の焼き野菜はじゃがいも、小松菜、もやしでした
お肉も野菜も「塩、赤ワインソース、醤油ソース」の3種で頂きます
残念だったのがガーリックライス(+1,000円/人)
理想は「お肉を焼いた油で」「生のニンニクからチップを作って」という工程ですが、
油に、事前に用意されていた粉砕チップでした、、
お味もイマイチ、、！
デザートは別室で頂けましたし、トータルでは満足です！
