First time in several years, impressive level, everything is delicious
First visit in several years. During the coronavirus pandemic, they only served pizza, and I went there once but it didn't work, so I stayed away, but it's been a while since they started serving French cuisine again like they used to. I wish I had come sooner! ! It was such a wonderful lunch that I regret it. Drinks included for 1300 yen. Pork, couscous, green beans, and sauce. It's simple, but it's really well made, and the pork is just before it becomes melty, bringing out the flavor of the meat, which is irresistible.The temperature is also good, and it goes really well with the sauce! I can't describe the sauce very well, but I get the impression that it shines like a synergistic effect when paired with something rather than being enjoyed on its own. The green beans were cooked perfectly, and the flavor of the green beans really came through when you bit into them. Couscous is good with a little sauce, or with a lot of it. At the end, all the ingredients, including the sauce, are gone just right. I'm a little presumptuous, since I have limited experience with Western Cuisine, but I think bread also falls into the high-quality category. It doesn't feel like it's freshly baked at the store, so why not try the bread from the supplier you chose? I think that. お肉はホロホロになる柔らかさ！
肉の上にあるピクルスを和えたソースのアクセントで変わる！
スープ状になった底にあるソースは違うまろやかさを追加！
付け合わせの野菜もしっかり分量があり、ベーコンの旨みも加えている！
残念だったのは、いつもは歯ごたえと風味がしっかりあるインゲンが、
やや火が通り過ぎ、このお店らしくない。。混むと安定感が落ちるならそれまで。
さりげなく見えて、しっかり繊細さが見えるガッツリフレンチ。
美味しいです！パンもとても良い！
