あぶらそば売れてます。比内地鶏のあぶらそば始めました。らーめん、つけめんは無化調です。
らーめん、つけめんは鰹節、サバ節、片口鰯を大量に使った濃厚魚介スープです。もち豚を使ったチャーシュー、分厚い短冊メンマ等、厳選素材を使った恵比寿で最高に原価のかかった大人を満足させるラーメンです。 |
月曜日の20時に伺いました。混んでましたが待ちなく入れました。
比内地鶏の油そば980円を注文。
しっかり醤油と油の旨みを感じる油そばです。
麺は固めだけどもちもちした食感。
水菜やたまねぎがしゃきしゃきと麺に絡むので、濃厚な味わいに上品さを加えてくれてとても美味しかったです。
途中でラー油やタバスコで味変もよかったです。
チャーシューもとても美味く、肉肉しさと脂身のバランスが最高でした。
具材も多く美味しいので、リピートします。
つけめんも美味しそうなので次は食べます！
