１０時すぎという微妙な時間帯にお邪魔してしまったのがこちらのお店。
こちらは賑やかな駅周辺からずいぶん離れた淋しいところにひっそりたたずむ不思議なお店。。。
＜店内＞
大きなガラス張りのワイン棚を中心に挟んでカウンターとテーブル席があります。
私達はカウンター、、ではなくテーブル席へ。。。。
店内には時間も時間だったので女子会の若い女性４人ほどが賑やかにやっておりましたヾ(＠°▽°＠)ノ
テーブルのキャンドルがとってもシックでムーディな雰囲気～♪
そう、こちらのお店カトラリーにもとてもこだわりを感じます。
席に着いた瞬間に目につく鮮やかなトルコ石色（よりもっと青いか～）のカトラリー達。。。
そして目印の昆虫マークはまさにLAGUIOLEであります:*:・(‾∀‾)・:*:
と知ったかぶっているえふこですが、カトラリーなんて詳しくないし
有名（なのですね）なこのラギオールのカトラリーを扱うお店なんて行ったことないよんっ、、、ヘ(゜∀゜*)ノ
でも席に着いた瞬間に綺麗だなぁ、、、って思ったのは本当です♪
（ラギオールのマークは蠅やら蝉やらミツバチやらいろんな説があるみたいですが
ミツバチの説が有力そうですねぇ、、、実際のところは・・・？）
＜ドリンク＞
ウェルカムドリンクでまたまたスパークリングから始まります。。。。
ワインの種類がひたすら豊富ですが、この時期なのもあり、ボジョレーもありました。
＜フード＞
●クリームチーズの味噌漬けと完熟トマトのカプレーゼ（¥７５０）
しょっぱなからまさにヒット(´艸｀)
濃厚なクリチが味噌漬けになることで更に濃厚さが増してねっとりまったり。。。
完熟トマトも仲間で甘くてとろ〜ん。。。
もう心もとろけてしまいそうな美味しいカプレーゼ(´∀｀)
ねっとりとろ〜りカプレーゼにすっきりスパークリングがよく合います:*:・(‾∀‾)・:*
●砂肝のコンフィとホウレンソウの温製（¥９００）
こんなに柔らかい砂肝を食べたことがこれまでにあったかしら。。。。
砂肝好きのえふこがそれくらいの感動を覚えてしまった一品です。
ふわっふわの優しい砂肝に歯ごたえの残ったホウレンソウを濃いめの味付けで。
レモンを絞るとさっぱり食べやすく。
ビールにまちがいなくあっちゃうなぁ〜と思いながらもね、
レモンを絞ればワインにもあってしまう不思議なお料理。。。。
コンフィにするとこんなにお肉が柔らかくなるのね～。。。
●自家製ベーコンスモーク（¥１２００）
見た目のインパクトはもう抜群です
食べるの大好きな人間の舌をじゅるっとさせるよね。。。ほんと♪ベーコン最高〜♪
こちらも見ての通りの厚切りベーコンを
外はカリッと、中はじゅわっとジューシーに焼きあげられておりまする
添えられているじゃが芋のグリルがカリカリてわき役にするにはもったいない仕上がり。
●特製つくねの炭火焼き（１こ¥３００×２こ）
ここのお店は炭火焼きがオススメでありますからひとつくらい頼んでおかなきゃ！
粗引きのお肉にこりこりのなんこつがたっぷり(・∀・)
口に入れた瞬間のふわっと香るニンニクと鼻に抜けるショウガ、そして数種類のスパイスの組み合わせは
なんだか完成された、、和と洋の融合を感じるあたらしいつくねの発見でしたょう(°∀°)b
いやはや、、、ほんとに肉ばっかりだったけど
なんだかとっても満足しちゃったよね(‾▽+‾*)
ワインもそりゃぁもうたくさん、、、私は放り投げてしまいたくなるくらいに！！
普段はパーティなんかで貸し切りになっていることもあるそうで
こういうムーディな雰囲気で二人で飲むというよりは
先客の女子会のようなお洒落なパーティで使われているようなので
しっとりデートのつもりでいくと周りの雰囲気についていけなくなるのかもしれません〜汗
いやぁ、、、でも肉多かったなぁ♪
