おすすめのワインビストロがあるということで行ってきました。
お店は恵比寿駅から歩いて5,6分です。
ちょっと道が入り組んでいるのでわかりづらいかもしれません。
そんなお店ですが、味、雰囲気は抜群です。
いい感じに大人な空間が出ていて、ゆっくりとワインと食事を楽しめます。
お店の中にある特大のワインセラーはインパクト大です。
席はカウンター席とテーブル席、かまくらのような半個室。
今回は予約してかまくら席を使わせてもらいました。
おこもり感があっていい感じです。
まず、いわい鶏モモ肉と山羊のチーズのバロティーヌと、
キノコのパイ包みをもらったんですけど美味しかったですね。
バロティーヌは、くせのある山羊のチーズとキノコを味わいある鶏モモ肉でまいて、
ロール仕立てにしてあります。
一口食べるだけで食材の濃厚な味わいが口の中に広がる一品ですね。
パイ包みは柔らかく煮詰めてあるキノコと玉ネギが入っていて、
生クリームソースでスープのような感覚になっており、パイを崩して食べます。
こちらも濃厚で美味しい。
これ食べたらワインが飲みたくなりますね。
ワインはお勧めのものをいただいきました。
結局、気づいたらボトルを入れてけっこう飲んでましたね。
料理が美味しいのでついつい頼んでしまいました。
あと、料理でもう一つ、ホロホロ鶏もも肉のコンフィーは素晴らしかったですね。
ボリューム満点で食べ応えがあります。
ジューシーなお肉の味わいについつい舌鼓をうってしまいました。
メイン料理も数多くあるので、食事も十分に取ることが出来ます。
1軒目でも2軒目でも使えますね。
