こちらのお店は恵比寿でもちょっと隠れ家的な感じですね。
なんだか教えたくないけど、教えたいってお店です。
ワインと炭火料理が中心となっているビストロです。
店内はとても大人の雰囲気が漂っていて、
カウンターやかまくらのような席など内装もなかなかです。
料理はまず生ハムジャーキーとビールから注文。
いきなりやられました。
生ハムジャーキーがめちゃくちゃ旨い。
炙ってあるので、とても香りがいいんです。
おつまみに最高です。
ビールからワインに切り替え、
旬野菜のフリットと赤ピーマンのムースを注文。
フリットはカリッと揚がった野菜とアボガドのソースがすごくマッチしていて、
ワインにすごく合います。
赤ピーマンのムースはとにかくお洒落な見た目です。
彩も鮮やかだし盛り付けもきれい。
もちろん味も香りもよく大満足です。
ここからは炭火焼。
自家製がほとんどでソーセージの種類がとても多かったです。
スモークや牛ハツ、フォアグラや魚料理まで・・・
どれも美味しそうで迷う・・・
一番気になったフォアグラ。
それと豚肩ロースを頂きました。
フォアグラはヤバいです。
味もいいし、値段が安いのが最高です。
サイズも大き目でソースもとても美味しい。
これはこのお店に行ったら是非頼んで頂きたいです。
豚肩ロースは群馬のブランド豚を使用しているみたいです。
とてもやわらかい豚で脂身がしつこくなく、
肉質も柔らかで下ろしたたまねぎのソースが絶品でした。
美味しい料理ばかりでたまらず、他にもいろいろと食べてしまいました。
ワインの種類もたくさんあるので、ワイン好きにも適したお店だと思います。
ちょい飲みでも、がっつりでも使えるお店。
大人の隠れ家を見つけちゃいました。
