Our store is registered as a qualified invoice issuing business. Your registrant number will be written on your receipt. Reservations can be made by phone or online. We may not be able to answer the phone during business hours (17:00-22:00). For reservations, please call outside of these hours or make reservations online. ある雑誌を見てこちらのお店を知り、行く事となった。。その雑誌を見る限り、シェフの経歴は、日本とフランスを股にかけた錚々たるお店が書き連ねられている。否が応にも期待感が増すばかりだ。
店内は割とこじゃれた、こじんまりとしたお店にもかかわらず、テラスもあって気持よさそうだ。
サービスの女性1人とキッチンの男性1人、そしてシェフの3人で切り盛りしてるようだ。
まず、喉を潤す為にスパークリングワインを一杯。その際に、オクラの一皿が申し訳程度の量で出てきた。
食べてみると…何か一つ物足りない。 そこでちょっと不安な気持ちになる。
・二皿目に「白レバーのパテ ドゥ カンパーニュ」は、ボリュームがかなり有る一皿。普通に美味しい。
・「子羊のロースト」も普通に美味しい。少し硬さが気になったくらいか。
・全体的に、値段の割にかなりボリュームがありお得感はある。
が、ひとつ気になるのは、付け合わせの野菜等は仕上がりが悪く、盛り付けの美しさもないので食指が伸びない。
・僕は、オープンキッチンのカウンター席のあるフランス料理のお店が好きだ。何故なら、シェフの熟練した技を目の当たりに出来るし、軽快で小気味良い仕事振りが見られるからだ。
こういった臨場感を味わいながら食べる料理は格別だ。
・だがこのお店は、シェフが不器用なのか…世話しなく動き回っているのだが、どこかぎこちないように感じた。
・キッチンのもう一人の男性とシェフとの呼吸がまるでなく、シェフ一人が全てをこなしているからだろうか。
・このお店に対してあまりにも期待感が高まりすぎていたので、見方が厳しくなってしまったのかも知れないが…。
・次回は「フランス居酒屋(ブラッスリー)」として利用したいと思う。
